As everyone experienced that OFSS Oracle financial services takes long time to generate offer after selection, is it guaranteed that they give offer letter? I have been selected and verbal offer is given but BGV is yet to start and I do not see offer letter coming soon..

I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ?
