Hi Consulting folks! I work with audit USI. My sister is an IIFT New Delhi MBA graduate (batch of 2021). Currently she is working with WIPRO but she is not happy with the kind of work. She is trying to explore opportunities with deloitte and asked if I can refer her. What will be good consulting positions that I can refer her to? She has less than 1 year work ex, so almost a fresher. Her current fixed is 12lpa plus 3l variable. Can she get a better offer at DUSI? If so, what position?

Someone please help me understand the incentive for people in a PA firm owned by Private Equity. For the people that want to get 2-5 years experience and get an industry job, it doesn’t really matter. However, what is the incentive for people after 5 years to stay in public if being a partner is like being a highly compensated employee since PE usually owns 70%? Is the only incentive money and not ownership at that point except for maybe some partnership shares/units?
