We acutally had the legal plan at the last place I worked. Everyone (myself included) really loved the benefit and actually utilized it. I would highly suggest it.

We’re also struggling with the same challenge. We are not as competitive in base salaries as other tech companies but competitive in total comp packages and remote work is not a main option.
