As time goes by I feel less religious and that we are stuck to the surface like mold. Is this normal. Some of us are like those birds that can fly to anywhere but choose to huddle along a electric cable

Normal to question ... I'm now atheist. Just what made the most sense to me. My firm even has an atheist affinity group alongside interfaith.

Less religious; absolutely. Also, more aware of life's beautiful moments, more grounded and more content

I guess it depends on how religious you are to begin with. I was never terribly religious and that hasn't changed at all. OTOH I know people from high school who are far more observant now than their parents were.

Feel more spiritual here than religious. Praying more and building a closer and closer relationship with God. The Bible already talks about the things we see today in our lives and in our world. People make mistakes even people that we would think should be closer to perfect. Or at least be better. That’s what makes grace great. God gives us what we don’t deserve, so we must extend that to others. It gets frustrating day to day in the project with some of the challenges, but prayer and focus helps to make it more manageable and I can appreciate how much change is in me. But I am not going to lie the client drives me nuts.

It helps to be part of group that sincerely wants to more like Christ, and is self aware that they and we all have a ways to go.
