As we are seeing regular layoffs.. What do you guys think once things again settle down and everything becomes okay will the hiring again increase with offered ctc(just like what we saw in 2021) or things won't be like that and it ll be normal stable just like pre covid.

Things are going to be best soon.

Indian VCs are sitting on over $16 Billion, ready to be invested in the market, just imagine when that money comes to the market, how good the situation would be.

They are just waiting for this period to pass by for now and things will become a little stable, and the Indian economy is going great and positive for now.

likehelpfulfunny

Pre covid normalcy going to come back.
In Indian IT the wages would still be high because the talent supply pool still is not as per the demand in cutrent market.
If this recession continues for 2 years then it would be a tough situation.

Recession is happening but the experienced talent pool is very less and companies won't look for freshers in this scenario. They always look for an experienced person for less package.

I was hired to work at Pluralsight and started as an Entry level GTM Analyst in December. As an entry level hire, the company made promises to train and coach me which made me feel supported and great about my new job. One week into my new role, my direct boss who was supposed to be my coach and mentor quit, and there was an additional change in leadership. The event of my boss quitting, and the change in leadership led to a change in direction within the org.

Hi ladies - I’ve gotten an exciting new offer for a senior leadership position but I can’t help but feel extremely anxious that the position is out of reach for me and that I will fail (because I have much less years of experience as other people who are in this position). need advice.

I have been working in an interim role as a portfolio manager. I was promised that the role would be mine. However, after doing the job for 2 months, I have been advised that we might not get the funding for the role and I might not get the raise and the title but my responsibilities will be the same.

Its a political minefield.

How should I back out elegantly that I need to be compensated fairly and competitively from this mess without burning any bridges

Hello! I’ve been working as a photographer for 15 years both as an employee and a freelancer. I started working full time with my current company a year ago. They’ve just offered me a new position: Creative Services Manager (in house for 4 related brands). I have no official experience in this field and had never heard of it before but feel like it will essentially be a creative director. I will also maintain the photography duties for the time being. Any idea what salary I should ask for?
