I know the writer and her kids are awesome. And I whole-heartedly agree with her, too. No one cares how much tv we watched back in the 80s and 90s and most people I grew up with (and I) wound up being successful, productive members of society. So I’m not sure where all the current agita around “screen time” came from. Doesn’t anyone remember how we grew up?
Yes, that is exactly how we are feeling. Grew up in the 90s and watched plenty of TV. Don’t need to be shamed for too much screen time right now. The kids are already anxious with everything else going on.
