I have an offer for a director position at Comcast.
Offer is lucrative but I'm somewhat uncertain about the corporate culture.
Anybody has some insights? Comcast
Has your company built an in-house content position instead of hiring a production company? If so, what did the cost/benefit analysis look like? Did it factor risks like turnover and retraining? Did it factor costs like onboarding and recruitment? Or was it just salary vs. production company fees?
B4 Manager and up those who stuck around for a while - Do you still have the pride that you had (if you did) when you first started with the firm? Or has it faded away?
