When building the TCO and comparing on-prem vs cloud costs, do you generally use AWS Migration evaluator/TSO Logic or a similar tool? Or does the client provide you the info in an excel or a CMDB?

I have 2 engagements that have their weekly client calls at the same time every week. I mentioned to the smaller engagement, if they can move the call to another day or time. They were like no. At the company I work at we boost every Instagram and Facebook post that we make. My budget per month was $4000 for Q2. So our impressions look amazing. For Q3 they cut my budget to $2000. Impressions for august are already down 90% compared to other months. Without being able to get more in my budget (that is not an option) how can I get my impressions up each month? My boss won’t take a slashed budget as an excuse on why numbers are significantly lower.

Hey social peeps. Our agency is in real need of an influencer database so we can build consideration sets more quickly. Right now, we're basically using Google and Excel to do this.

I know some of these databases can get really expensive because they're baked into holistic campaign management software. I really want to avoid that...we're a 30 person agency and a $20k/month platform is prohibitive.

Anyone have any recommendations for cost-effective influencer databases?

Few things unite paid social peeps like the fresh hell that is Sprinklr. I no longer work with it on a regular basis, but every once in a while I shudder remembering the rage I felt trying to bulk build ads or pull reporting in the dashboard, especially on the rare occasions I had to work on weekends. Does anyone use it for paid and actually love it??

Hey! Has anyone else noticed how Facebook and a Instagram have updated the way we can boost posts? Before I would go into meta on a desktop and boost my Facebook post and was able to have it directed to both Facebook and Instagram. Now it does not let me boost it to Instagram. Also, with Instagram I boosted also through Meta business suite on a desktop and didn’t have to choose any “goals” just boosted for engagement. Now my ONLY options are website visits, profile visits or to get more messages
