Aside from salary, health benefits, and equity, what are the other things you look for when comparing job offers?

I passed the hiring committee review for a position at Google and the next step is the matching process (it was a general role, but industry hire). But the Recruiter has basically ghosted me for a month now. This whole process has taken SO long. Any suggestions on how to navigate it and do my own part in finding a team/matching/moving along my process?
