Female tech sales manager: “Contour is for closers”
Anyone have one of these? Thoughts?
My wife has asked for a nice watch as a graduation/new job gift. She already has a 25mm white dial watch on polished steel, which works well for dressier occasions. Now she wants something more casual.
This Omega is larger at 34mm, has a wave dial (which nicely echoes my blue Diver 300M), and is mostly brushed stainless for a more casual vibe.

Is it common for Amazon to advertise a job role, only to alter the job listing to something else by the interviewing stage? I applied for a BDM role. A few days before my interview I saw that the job listing had changed to SDR. I asked for an explanation, but they said they were getting over qualified candidates so they had to change the job description and title to represent an entry level position. Nothing against SDR’s but that’s not what I applied for and it was a waste of time.

Use affiliate links to refer products/services to people you sell during your day job. As long as you don't step on the toes of the stuff your company sells, are careful not to do it on corporate time or with their resources, and refer genuinely good/useful things, this can be done without putting your day job at risk.
Just about everything has affiliate links these days, and sometimes they have recurring commissions which can snowball!
This is a great idea! I would surely consider this and learn the dynamics. Thank you for the idea, I appreciate it.
Aside from maintaining my main job as a sales development rep, I also do freelance work on the side. I freelance as a sales consultant for small businesses or start-ups that are eager to grow their market share. You may be surprised on what these people pay people like us.
How do you find the companies?
There’s a lot of hate behind MLMs but if you can ignore that and actually work it you can make good money. Speaking from personal experience. Just find one you actually care about and one where you actually like their model, what they stand for, etc..They aren’t all the same, and not all are as “pyramidy”….plus let’s be real, corporate America is a pyramid too😂
Arbonne. I’m very into health and wellness, low tox living so it was perfect fit which I think is why I see success from it. It doesn’t feel like a job. And I liked how even though you sign up under a mentor and can have people sign up direct to you, you can pass people if you’re more successful, and your team can pass you too... IMO they have a better, more fair structure than it seems most do.

Try just getting a better job my guy.
Perhaps Uber or Lyft if you’re bored. A lot of people do that just to meet new people, and if you don’t like people and have a pick up truck there is this thing called hot shots where you pick up loads and drop them off using your vehicle.
Reselling electronics on Facebook marketplace. I buy them at liquidation sites, and sell them on Facebook. On an average year I net between 25 and $30,000 extra, while spending an average around four hours a month doing it.
This is interesting. I am eager to know more about this. How much capital do I need to start? Thank you for answering.
Whatever you do...don't do MLMs
By the time I log off at my primary work, I have zero hustle left for anything on the side.
idk when I was youngerish I had a million things going. Now I prefer to get paid my worth.
I will say this: I paid a ridiculous sum (and I found the cheapest one I could) for a couple of folks to haul off my junk.
A large portion of said junk was serviceable goods that could be thrifted or resold. I noticed the folks doing the junk disposal cherry-picking items also so pretty sure this is a side-side hustle of this hustle.
They worked hard for 1 hour tops; there were 2 people. I paid $165. $82.50 an hour. Plus I'm pretty fairly certain the Kenmore Washer & Dryer got re-sold for about $300-350.
If you were enterprising, you would set all this up, hire the help at $20 an hour or be half the help or all of the help, resell the junk that was of value, and pocket the proceeds. Bonus points if you have your own truck.
Thumbtack is a great place to hire folks for gigs and get hired.
This is very insightful. Also made me ponder and relate it to my current situation. Thank you.
For the love of God please don’t get into MLM’s…..like Worldwide leveraging Amway lol. I’ve been to two meetings already and it’s definitely MLM, DONT do it
Absolutely, good luck on finding a side hustle you love and enjoy!

Babysitting. I have a lot of parents who already have the kids in bed by the time I babysit and I just watch the baby monitor and watch tv.
Woah, this is a good side hustle! I guess I can squeeze this after my day job. If you don't mind me asking, how much do you earn for this? Thank you.
Uber - SkipTheDishes - tutoring
I tutored English for foreign language speakers before on Cambly and Preply. Its easy to sign up and be approved, the pay is low like 12$ an hour but the cash is nice I ended up paying my car insurance with it when I was between jobs.
If you are into pets, I’ve been doing pet sitting (dogs). I also propagate house plants and sell plant clippings. Really depends on what passions drive you. I love dogs and plants so I just share the love.
Hi! This is an interesting side hustle. However, I don't think this one is for me. I have allergies and my body easily reacts when exposed to animal furs. Thank you for answering though.
I had a friend who builds and upkeeps websites small businesses (mainly SEO). After making the website it's almost passive income from this portfolio (a few hours a weekend at most). Seemed to earn nice.
Talking in English online for a price is also a hustle I heard of.
This sounds like an impressive passive income. Thank you for sharing!
Sell credit card POS systems and monthly processing for retail clients. You can sign up as an agent at almost any processing company and meet with local SMBs and Mid-Market companies to obtain their business and get a monthly check on transaction fees. Percentages are low but the sell is easy if you get with the right company.

A co-worker of mine sells home cooked meals/items and sell them in the office! I think it’s very time-consuming though and I am time-poor from the commute to and from work. 😬 it’s a good side hustle though.
This is a nice idea! I know how to bake cookies. I'll see if I can sell some and make a profit out of it. Thank you and have a nice day!
Hey I did something similar back in the day! People still chatter about my pecan pie cheesecakes. It is labor intensive. Be sure to get paid upfront, i.e., take orders and deposits. Nothing worse than being stuck with a house full of baked goods!
So I was watching a documentary about wealth and they interview the owner of a strip club. So of course I Google what the strippers make. One women worked 2 days per week and made over 100k per year. Not for everyone.
Otherwise, maybe a life coach or social media manager.
I have an awesome “side hustle” that involves zero “selling”, zero inventory, and zero hassle. Plus it gives you a million tax write offs and builds your personal wealth. This “side hustle” was paying my mortgage within just a couple months! Now it’s paying almost as much as my 9-5! PM me for info!
There hundreds and hundreds of options on Thumbtack!
I have done the side hustle thing but honestly it can be draining. I say focus on getting the most of your main job and do things you like
