Curious about the comp at firms like OW, ATK, and Alix. What would an experienced but not senior partner take in per year and how is it structured?

I’m in a V30’s overseas office for a 2 years contract. The culture is toxic, the firm doesn’t provide enough training and support for first years and I’m regretting the decision of moving for the firm. I don’t have a perfect GPA but have relatively interesting undergraduate internships/startup experience. What are the things I can do outside of work to make me more competitive for top-tier firms when I jump ship? I know this might sound a bit entitled but I’d really appreciate some advice!
