Anyone have luck interviewing with Salesforce? I’ve applied 2x and just get the auto rejection. For context, I’m a finance EA, 10+ years experience, masters degree. I’ve even had an employee referral and I don’t get to speak with a recruiter. Wondering if it’s worth doing some training on Trailblazer or any other tips people may have to get noticed. Salesforce
Hi
I have been interviewed by Google, the final interview happened 3 weeks back. The feedback I received from them is positive and they are saying that they are in process to release my offer just due to economic issues, its getting delayed in receiving approval for the requisition.
Every week they are saying next week.
Is this really common? Should I wait like this indefinitely or am I doing some mistake?

Thanks
Hi all,
I received a verbal offer from Monitor Deloitte HR and now I see the status on portal has changed to "offer". How long before I get the formal offer letter in hand? I had interviewed with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. Been a week since I had a discussion with the HR. Haven't heard any update since.
Your guidance would help.
Thank you in advance 🙂

Best benefits for midsized firm?
This is a really tricky situation that I’ve dealt with 3 times in last 3 years. In each instance, the candidate did not want to go through the interview process, accept an offer and then say “oh by the way…”. While legally OK, they felt it was either (I) not the right thing to do and/or (ii) not good for their career since maternity leave would disrupt the first year integration. Putting aside right or wrong - in all 3 instances, the candidate asked me to pull them out of the process and explain to the firm why with the hope that the firm would say back “we don’t care that you’re pregnant - this is a long-term play for us (and hopefully you) and we support working moms, etc etc.” in all 3 instances, the firm did just that. All 3 accepted offers and one actually just got made Partner (AmLaw 10 by PPP firm)
Sadly, no. It will hurt her chances.
