Hello all, I got an offer from Accenture for senior analyst role. They are offering me 16LPA(13.25 Fixed) with 21% variable pay + 4L joining bonus. Is this package reasonable or should I renegotiate with them? Please suggest.

But the designation offered is 'Senior Engineer - Cloud Services and Software' whereas in PwC my designation: 'Technology Consultant' & designation of offer in hand(IBM) :'Advisory Consultant'. So will IBM consider my Larsen & Toubro Infotech offer as a counter offer? My fear is whether they will say 'you r offered a different role hence we cant consider'.Will it matter that much?

The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org). What am I missing?

I enjoy my role, but the new company seems to have better career progression opportunities. Do I just give notice and expect them to attempt to retain, or do I go in asking to more comp to stay?

I finished the recruiter, and hiring manager interviews, both went very well. The hiring manager wants to fly me to their location to “show me the site” but I haven’t heard back for almost a week.
When I let the recruiter know I had other opportunities and needed an update, they said they were finalizing getting the panel together, so it sounds like a group interview.

What are my chances if I did subpar in the final interview with an executive, but I did well during the initial screening, technical, and behavioral interviews? The people I’d be working with seemed to really like me, and so did the team lead. The interviews with them went over the allotted time and felt more like casual conversations. However, the executive director seemed uninterested during the final interview. He also didn’t like how I didn’t keep up with the latest tech news.
