Combined, my partner and I have federal student loan debt totaling $87K with interests rates from 3-6.13%. I have seen mixed advice whether to put all extra income towards paying it off vs. putting 60% extra income in to pay off, 40% to investments vs. all extra cash to pay off any loans 6% or higher then invest the rest… what do you all recommend?

How do you mentally deal with the stress of this work and these (demanding Wall Street) clients? I’m a senior m&a associate leading multiple deals and every client wants a quick turn around and response times around the clock which is impossible to keep up for each one. I feel like im not giving the best service even though I’m working late nights and weekends. I’m close to promotion but wondering if I’m not cut out for this (seeing some health affects) or if all I need is a mindset change.
