My new definition of adult is you must have a child to be an adult. Otherwise you're just a person

But I don’t want to as it is of no use in my carrier

What should i do?
Shall i resign?
Cause I’m sure that the project changing will not happen any soon and I don’t want to waste my time and experience here
Any comments will be really helpful for me 😪🙏🏻

Are there certain PA firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory or deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?

Dear Capgeminians, I am getting an end to end telecom architect role in Capgemini . I'm 12+ years of experience. What is the work culture there. Is work life balance good?. Are they planning for hybrid model or 100% back to office ??... Are they paying good as per market demand.. I want to get some info before I go for salary negotiation. It will be bad to waste both of our time if i decided not to go, hence trying to collect info..please your feedback on this ... Capgemini

Considering an offer from Citi SVP role. Offer: $190K base, 20% bonus. My current total comp at EY manager 4 is $200K. I am enjoying my current role at EY and up for promo next cycle. I ultimately plan on moving back to industry. Wondering if I should wait it out until our PBB and raise is announced in a month and give first year SM role a try. Any thoughts?
