I’m thinking - 1 jersey dress and midi skirts - but what tops do you recommend? Probably need an undershirt because I sweat a lot.
I switched to lighter (and lighter colored) merino knits for hot, humid climate. Went with a navy dress, skirt, and cardigan, a tan dress, then added a cream/tan sleeveless top to mix and match. St John’s or MM LaFleur do the trick - I shopped consignment or Poshmark. Add a block or wedge heel conservative sandal and you’re good to go!

Linen tops, jersey skirts or shifts if you don’t want to deal with ironing. Ballet flats for foot wear
I worked business casual outdoors in Florida for years so have tons of experience with this.
First off, look into Uniqlo’s airism collection for undergarments / camisoles that cool-touch and deodorizing.
Otherwise, wear flowy skirts/dresses for a nice breeze. On top, I always wore things that didn’t show sweat much - patterns/prints, colors/fabrics that were light. Linen is great. Anything with a floral-ish print tends to hide sweat as well. I tended to wear sleeveless, but just make sure it’s still professional (eg no thin straps).
Plan to wear your hair up off your neck and wear light make-up (think BB cream, not foundation), to keep it from melting/running. Always wear sunscreen too!
Also, a trick I learned from my old cheerleading days is that you can put stick antiperspirant on the back of your neck to keep your hair from sticking if you really get into dire straits.
