Also only $88k for an associate director?
Ummmmmm you should be making more than that as an associate director. There are other agency options
Yes you can make that even as a sr or manager elsewhere with a less intense work load
Depends on your options in the outside world, I suppose. Don’t want to jump ship unless there’s a place to land.

How many years experience?
if promoted from within worry less about the amount you’re making, worry more about whether you are respected/valued/are listened to. if those aren’t there...then peace out
