Hi, One of my friend is joining KGS gurgaon soon. They have offered her Senior designation with 12 lpa fixed. Need to understand where she is in hierarchy and how much time it takes to be promoted to next level.

I am getting offered in the 75-80K range for an AVP audit role with Citi, C12. Travel role- up to 75%. 6 yoe in the industry.
I was being offered another C12 role a few months back that was in another business line, but 10K more a year. Same market- Kansas City. Worked for Citi before. This wouldn’t really be much of a pay bump for me unless the bonus potential is there as well.
