Moms I’m in a dilemma! We had a baby at the start of 2021 and plan on having another by the end of 2022. My current company gives a total 21 weeks maternity leave and I love what I am doing, but the pay is really bad and there’s not a lot of growth in terms of promotions etc. should I wait it out till after the second baby I.e. 2023 June-ish or just jump now and hope the new firm is good with working moms. I’m on a visa, so I’m targeting only FAANG firms.
