Assuming you had all three offers on hand, which would you choose and why? 1) Facebook BizOps associate, 2) Amazon Instock Mgr, 3) Netflix Strategy and Planning Associate

Interview with Google and hope to get the fourth offer and then accept it.

Depends on what you want:
Brand name: not an issue for any o the three
Work life balance and intensity: Facebook if you want a chill pace and not a lot of action, Netflix if you want a very intense culture that will fire you at the smallest hint of not performing.
Money: Netflix, by far
Role: Both FB and Netflix have a strategic role. Amazon is very operational (literally know how many items to stock
Job mobility: Amazon; they don’t hire you for that role forever. It’s expected that you progress and move through the ranks rather quickly (turnover is huge, so it’s feasible)

like

Netflix - just be ready for their culture. We have someone on our team that used to work there and it sounds... Intense. Not bad - just not a cushy industry exit if that's what you're after.

Hearing yall loud and clear. What if Netflix were out of the equation (between Amzn and FB)? That’s the more realistic consideration for me atm

like

Fb>amazon If you prioritize WLb

Netflix has the most interesting job but FB has better culture. Just pick what is more important to you.

Bump! Curious which one you chose and what TC was

Netflix

I think Amazon instock manager being on the list might have been a mistake or typo.

Then I would consider getting a different offer from Amazon 😁

Facebook. Netflix culture is not great. Have friends at FB and despite all the press, they seem to enjoy it.

Netflix!

NFLX

Congrats on getting all the offers! How many YOE do you have? And I vote for netflix

Can u post comps for each?

Thanks! Just to clarify - I don’t have offers yet, am just getting close for 2 out of the 3 and so this may be premature yet

I have been selected in a product based company (500-1000 employees) with 9 lpa package as full stack developer - 2.5 years.
My skills are average as a full stack developer as i worked mostly in support projects in MNC.
I fear that as I am selected with high package, so they might be expecting too much from me and if I don't deliver that they will kick me out.

Pls suggest am I overthinking this or what should be my approach going forward.
