People usually graduate at 22 or 23. It takes 5-6 years to be promoted to manager 'on time' depending on your firm. People are sometimes early promoted. Some people have skipped grades in school and graduate early. Asking this question will likely just attract a bunch of people wanting to brag about how young they were when they made it to manager.
Most managers are 28-32 in my experience, because most people start in PA right out of college and followed a traditional student timeline. However, there's plenty who are older when they start because they followed less traditional educational or career path. For example, I'll probably be around 37 when I make manager.
