I would try to speak to him 1-1 and just say that whilst it's great that he shows initiative and drive on projects, other voices/thoughts in the group are potentially being lost. Reiterate that ultimately you all have the same goal of doing well in the projects, but it's important to give everyone the opportunity to share their insights/contribute
If he doesn't get it, tell him to read/listen to anything by Matthew Syed (especially Rebel Ideas, and he also recently went on the Diary of a CEO podcast which is definitely worth a listen)
Diversity of thought = better decisions/insights nearly every time.
I think it's worth giving him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he doesn't realise he is doing it and will be more mindful of the group/team environment once it's brought to his attention. Often extraverts are comfortable to speak in front of groups when others are not - maybe he doesn't like the slightly awkward pause whilst people are thinking, so his reaction is to just fill it.
If he talks over people/interrupts another person speaking, see if you can moderate the conversation a bit, e.g. "X, going back to you what you were saying... can you elaborate on that a bit more"
Also maybe speak to him afterwards about this separately and highlight the issue - try not to call him out on it in front of peers as that will probably make him worse!
(I haven't been to B school, but used to be a maths teacher with classes of 30+ 14/15 yr olds and often found that there would be a few extravert characters that would dominate any group work/discussion. Also, I recently did a Myers Briggs test and am an ENTP, so spending time thinking about how I can better interact in group settings.)
