Which is better?
Currently work in Big 4 as a director in TAS. Salary is <200, TC <250, yoe about 10. Considering nonBig4 as I’ve heard their comp is a generally better this side of partner but have not heard specifics. Would you be able to share general comp for the svp and director roles at Houlihan Lokey? Any other firms to consider?
