Thoughts on Zeno Group corporate team?
Hey guys! I wanted to share #HoldThePRess which is an initiative, inspired by #PullUpForChange and 600 and Rising, holding the PR industry accountable for recruiting and cultivating Black talent at all levels. The website with more info and to sign on in support is holdthe-press.com and you can sign whether you are Black or an ally. Also, we are planning on presenting the asks and demands to agencies in the coming weeks and will be sharing via the website and on IG: @holdthe_press.

Do it. I just did so and zero regret it. It’s different, it’s smaller, way less political, and a new firm. The Burson DNA is there but many new leaders and colleagues. And more than a handful of great Edels
If you’re looking at the NYC office it’s basically Edelman East now. Go and don’t look back
When I was there it was long hours and lots of stress. Less political than Edelman and more family vibe. That was before merger. I say this but honestly I loved it too. It just wasn’t sustainable more than a few years
One of my former co workers is there now at Account Director level. She said there’s a ton of leadership at the top not doing anything
Clearly I’m biased but I love the NYC office. The people are the best and the work is fun. I sit in consumer/brand solutions, but we have a lot of great practice areas...and a good number of former Edelman folks...
I work at the agency and love it. I’m a legacy CW person but very happy with the merger. Great people
merger has been huge advantage. definitely some culture clashes in the beginning but smoothing out and new business is on the rise. clients are intrigued and we're delivering great work. give us a couple of years to build out new departments, capabilities. New York is buzzing. leadership is getting hands dirty. very happy here.
If you are not happy at Edelman, talk to your manager and group head before leaving. Express what’s wrong because without knowing they can’t fix it for you. Then if something doesn’t change, make the jump.
What office? Beware chicago; their senior leadership is unhappy and has been jumping ship
