Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Perhaps just me but in my experience being on either side of the table, that question has come up explicitly in the first, if not second, interview/screener.
How many rounds have you had? And with who? All functional and capabilities interviews or chemistry fits too?
Have just found that those questions come up earlier to be efficient, but then again I had a friend have this happen towards the end too. It makes for a different kind of $ discussion/negotiation.
They will likely ask you our expectations vs giving you their number. No hard rules to this. Read the agency situation based on your discussions so far. Are they desperate to fill quickly? Do they really need/like you for something specific? It’s a chess match. For them and for you. I’d say if you have clarity on the role, give them a number or a tight range. If you don’t, make the range wider and specify what factors should influence if it’s higher or lower (size of client, size of team, profiles in the team, type of client, etc.)
Good luck!
Ah! Ok, that’s better. So they’ve told you the range, then you should self assess and talk to people you trust that can give you more specific reference points for the role you’re up for.
In the meantime, sit tight for what they say to you first. Likelihood is someone from HR will give you a call and verbally share with you what they’re thinking to give you to gauge your reaction and get your feedback. Worth asking the types of benefits and other elements to the package, such as a performance bonus (if they don’t explicitly tell you that stuff while telling you the number). Be prepared for that call to tell them your number or tighter range you want if it’s not aligned, and know how to explain why if it’s higher.
Just note that if you’re on the same page, that’s a good thing. It doesn’t mean you should hustle for more just because why not, but rather that you both know your value and you see eye to eye on it - manages expectations from both sides. Variances though are worth hearing out on either side, so just be prepared
Also, don’t feel pressured to answer right away on that call whether the offer (not necessarily the number alone) is acceptable. They usually do it by phone so it’s not formally written anywhere, as it’s still in process. Totally fine to ask for all the specific benefits and package details to take that into account and have a day or two to go through it and get back to them with concrete feedback and/or questions.
In the very first conversation, the creative recruiter mentioned an attractive salary range. Met a few people and finally the CCO and they said look out for the offer so I’m wondering if I make my intentions clear (within that range) in case they try to lowball with their first offer!
Appreciate your advice, Thanks much!
