Sending good vibes. I find charcoal capsules helpful. And as much water as you can keep down.

Thank you so much. I receive it!!!!!

You have to get some nourishment in. Most recommend the BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. I typically add some broth to that as well.

Hopefully it’ll be gone in a day or two.

Drink up Pedialyte or any electrolyte drink you prefer! You need to hydrate a lot and avoid oily/greasy food. Oh and BRAT diet. Hope this helps! That happened to me as well when I had my daughter when she was 6 months. You’ll get better momma!!

People who are long FAANG, do any of the government lawsuits coming worry you(antitrust/monopoly, content, etc) as a long term shareholder? I figure most of these tech companies may get a slap on the wrist but understand the risks. Heck, most of these senators are invested in these companies and are they really going to break up companies like Amazon & Facebook? Seems like they would establish an extremely dangerous precedent

Found a most enlightening work on decolonial history with tons of TIL moments especially about Anti Colonial movements in Egypt, China, Japan and course India in the 19th and 20th centuries. Most histories this period often adopt a Euro-centric lens but this book flips it and tells the stories of these turbulent times from the vantage point of the pioneering Asian leaders like Tagore, Al Afghani, Kang Youwei etc. Lovers of Asian history would surely appreciate this book
