Implementation is separate from Integrative (your trad’l consultant), but is still respected as client consulting. You can do integrative work as an implementation consultant

I am an implementation consultant for the last 1.5 years and have only done strategy projects and will be EMing a traditional strategy study. It makes almost no difference once you are here between integrative and implementation- it all depends on what type of work you enjoy and the people you follow. Good luck in your final round!

Echoing M2 - its the same as integrative or “generalist” consulting. You need to build the same toolkit and also have execution capabilities and client hands.

I'm from a mechanical background, working with OEM client. I don't see any opportunities like this. If someone guide/help, what is the way / self development needed / skill set required ? On dialling 2222, it says that cash payments are allowed for well being subsidy but not for hybrid productivity allowance. But I've seen a lot of people on this bowl mentioning that cash payments are not allowed for well being allowance. I have made purchase using cash and got them reimbursed.
