At what age did you feel like you found yourself or figured out who you are? I’m 25 and feeling lost and depressed. Not sure what to do

Still figuring it out at 36. I think you should always be searching - continued growth is a great thing. No reason to get depressed, you simply need identify/realize that you are in the learning phase - if you ever start to feel that way talk to someone before you find your self at the bottom of a dark place.

I went thru a painful divorce at 42 and had to find myself. I was broken and wanted to die. I walked, volunteered, read Don Miguel Ruiz, The 4 Agreements, Brene Brown, The Alchemist, Dali Lama, Wayne Dyer, anything that nurtured my soul. One book will lead to another. I took trips to the beach, it soothed my soul. Hugs 👩🏻‍🔧

I'm in my mid 30s, and just now feel like I really have a handle on who I am. The 20s are really about exploration and figuring out your place in the world. Don't forget: comparison is the thief of joy. Don't worry about what you or anyone around you has "accomplished" - by whatever measuring stick you are using.

Not sure I have really. Always evolving and learning about myself. I would say that around 40 I've gotten more comfortable with some aspects of who I am, good or bad.

Hello Fishes, its really strange to ask but I have no option left.
I have almost 2 years of gap in my career due to medical issues, but not its recovered and I am trying to rejoin again. I applied to so many places but has been seeing only rejections either due to gap and either due to my over qualification.
I am truly tired of applying and waiting for their call back and reverts, Its like getting into depression slowly slowly.
Is their any place where I can get hired soon. Please help me.
