Flipping this: VMLY&R is by far the most age diverse agency. You can actually retire from the agency rather than get pushed out at 40. It’s a breath of fresh air to have teams with a wide range of ages/experience. Mixed gen teams are the future.
Mine. It’s just built into the model/ billing rates. You get expensive and not as shiny and fun. Experience isn’t valued at all. Reinventing the wheel every time is the norm.
CCO at my company said “experience is the worst thing you can have.” Older people are not valued here.
CW 1, during an interview at Havas, an ACD said, "Just to warn you, we pay loud rap here with lots of swear words." The creatives I interviewed with were the biggest turn-offs, ended up walking away not interested. The only cool thing about that place is the space.

^ Shouldn't the question be which ones don't do ageism since those are far and few between?
Every single one
Didn’t read that as “ageism” the first time...
Where tho?
Lol
It’s everywhere... not just agencies. Has been around for a long time and likely will not change.
All of them
K so what do we do
