It also gives flexibility of HRA calculations, comparison between old and new tax regime, calculate difference between paid tax and remaining tax for the financial year due to change in salary and so on. I am unfamiliar with recruiting actual recruiters and am surprised by the average salary. I'm seeing salaries for senior recruiters,5 years experience, averaging $120 - 135k. I'll be honest, this has popped the lid on my budget. I need someone who can be strategic and tech savvy, who can recruit and lead a small team (>3). I'm a supporter of paying market standards but this seems high for the need. Is this standard and I'm just out of touch?
