Which company is better for SAP, LTI or Volvo?
I got a Boston Consulting Group employee to refer me. Got the referral link instantly but I can't seem to see any AC roles on the Job posting site. My link was some brassring referral link and it had some 807 openings but no AC roles. I have reached back to my contact to figure out what's up with this. Anyone from the firm has any idea or any candidate had a similar experience ? My referee didn't ask me for any office preference or anything just fyi.

Dear Partners, I am looking to move to Partner level at Deloitte and have a few queries if you can help me out with.
1. I have been told that first 2-3 years, the equity part of comp will be very low. Is it true and what might be impact of this over next few years?
2. What is the normal equity buy-in level for Partner Deloitte ? Is it 90% ?
3. Wheather Deloitte has pension scheme for Partners and what is the structure of it ?

Came as a Manager. 9 years to Partner at B4; I was 34. Had a child at 31 when I was an SM. I am a woman and no, I did not feel it delayed my time to Partner.
Yes
Entered as an M1 (manager). Made partner 8 years later. Had two kids during my director years. One more kid during my first year of partner. I would say kids definitely slowed my progression and continue to do so. I try to balance and fill my role as a dad as much as I can. That results in passing up pursuits/projects. That results in passing up weekend outings with other partners. That results in not raising my hand for visible, but “extra credit” firm initiatives. But, I really think using that time for the kids (vs progressing my career) is for the best, and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Joined as entry level analyst out of undergrad. Took 11yrs to partner election. Had first child the year I made partner so an N/A for your question.
Feel free to DM me and I’ll share more details.
