Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

You wouldn't factor in all your income, just your income from your day job as that's what you'll lose by going to class
I left 200k all-in to do m7 mba for 2 years at 27. Still in school though
...is it not smart to just apply to top online MBA programs in this situation? (CMU, UNC, etc). That way 2 years down the road, you still didn’t lose out on that 400k and you have an m20 mba. Thanks for the input!
This is almost exactly what I did except it was via a Global MBA Program and found it to be a no-brainer from a cost benefit standpoint. A lot of my classmates
also ended up landing excellent offers after the program.
200k is pre tax - post tax maybe 140/150.. so instead of 400 for 2 years, it’s about 300...also factor in changes in expenses .. in the end it should be based on lost savings, rather than gross income
It probably doesnt make any sense but if also argue that an mba from m25 doesnt either
D1 was this the IE online mba?
Okay great points! @D1, I’d love to connect to learn more about your experience! @AC, assuming your other streams of income account for ~20% of your earnings, it might still be impactful. Not sure
Are your they not passive income? That's what I assumed
Also- most people get value from intenships, OCR, network and brand ..may not get most/any of them in an online course when compared to a full time program
