Hi Fishies, I have an interview scheduled for Wipro, data engineer, band B3. My YOE is 9.5 and I have an offer in hand of 18L fixed. Is the band appropriate for my YOE ? How much salary can I ask from Wipro based on this ? The HR said they have a budget of 20L for my YOE and tech stack.

My 19yo daughter is attending a State school for animation and she’s worried that it’s not a top school for job placement. Her professor pointed out that she’s “too talented” for the school she’s at now. She’s thinking to transfer to a top school in California or FL
I’m looking for creatives working in animation field or related who can provide some mentorship to my daughter.

Culture already doing a hard shift to Oracles
It can be simple-ish IFF businesses are willing to take a long, hard look at their processes and don't try to pave their cart paths when implementing new tech.

I think they’ve done a phenomenal job with the core platform. Lightning was miserable a few years ago but now is really fast.
However as someone who does sfmc, there’s a lot to fix... still much better than it was. same goes with any of the recently acquired platforms. We’ll continue to evolve it and get there tho
Technical debt is more to do with the clients budget and desire to maintain the platform and dedicate resources to reducing technical debt continuously.

Agree, however I meant we the oem are pushing this easy to use platform and have people that have spent months if not years rolling out marketing cloud, field service, CPQ etc.
Large implementations = more technical debts, especially when a bunch of inexperienced developers and pseudo-architects who know only to code everything get staffed in the project.
P1, if you have done a reimplementation where client team has made such a mess of the environment that they can't scale anymore. However these same people that made the mess insist on keeping their mess as part of the new implementation and end up with mostly the same mess with a face lift no matter how much you may try to show them how they can avoid the mess in the first place.
What’s MSFT’s technical debt? They seem to be deploying features like mad
