No one seems to care about coming to office. When i asked manager if i can work remote i was told that its for my career development. Can you guys tell in Canada which companies are offering remote opportunities?

I go by the 3/6/9/12 month rule. At 3 months you hate your job and feel like you don’t know anything. At 6 months you start getting the hang of it. By 9 months you’re in the grove and feel like you’ve totally got it. By 12 months you feel lost again because now you’re being asked/expected to go deeper or broader and it feels like square one. At 2 years you’re ready to be promoted or move on....and it all starts again!
