At what point in your career are you supposed to know exactly what you want to do for the rest of your life

There's no time frame for when you're 'supposed' to know. Everyone is on their own journey.

5 years, 8 months and 9 days after uni. If you miss the mark, start packing your bags.

Given the pace at which career paths and definitions are changing, you may end up discovering new stuff every 2-3 years. Also interest, opportunity and aptitude is a key triad for most of us it may never come true

Hi ladies - need some weight loss advice.

I am currently 168 and I want to lose another 10-15 lbs. I gained a bit of weight during quarantine and have been exercising three times a week along with trying to maintain somewhat of a healthy diet. I try not to eat at night, so I mostly only eat breakfast & late lunch just because of how I get hungry, calorie intake etc. Yet, I’m having a hard time losing pounds. Any advice on what I can do to lose the extra pounds?

Dealing with average or "slightly" above-average managers

Addressing under-performance and super stars is easy to me, what I have really been struggling with is the middle group. They deliver on their job but nothing more.

Have you had success in coaching, motivating or anything else to bring these middle-grounders to the next level?

I'm looking at applying to MBB (Preferably BCG) for a summer internship this summer. I'm a first-gen Oxbridge student, and while I have little experience in consulting along the lines of MBB, I did work in the city last summer as an sustainability consultant.

I'm curious how important it is to have a referral etc and what you'd recommend for applications opening in jan. Any advice is super appreciated I don't have any connections to the industry but it's something im interested in.
