At what point in your pregnancy did you tell your project leadership that you were pregnant?

Indecisive about relocating to Bangalore and applying for a relocation to Kolkata instead. I am a fresher who joined at the beginning of this year (staffed in project) and my base location is Bangalore,2days wfo. The primary reason to move to Kolkata being the cheaper cost of living. FOMO the life/culture in Bangalore and job opportunities there, are the reasons why I haven't asked for a location change yet. I anyways plan on moving to Bangalore once I can afford it. What would be a better pick?

I recently joined the brand side as a junior client and I’m really struggling in creative reviews to not sound like a junior moron. Does anyone have any tips or workshops they’ve taken to give better feedback on the spot? I realize creatives will take more senior opinions more seriously, so I really just want to add something to the conversation. I’ve been frustrated lately because my in-house clients refuse to accept legal interpretations from the legal department. Example: “Hey Senior Counsel, here’s a contract provision—can you tell me what you think this requires us to do?” SC: “Sure. This isn’t ambiguous at all. It requires us to do X.” Business person: “Hmm. I know I’m not a lawyer, but I think it means Y.” Client proceeds to do Y. I’m not even sure why I’m here anymore. Does this happen at your company?
