The second you feel the need to post this question
It actually has nothing to do with me. Just asking a general question to hear people’s perspectives
I ran an entire workstream for 6 months with a team of 3 that needed to be a team of 7. Got everything done and for delivery, they brought in a manager who took credit for all of our work to the partner/client then proceeded to give us all crap snapshots. That’s when it was time to start looking.
A few times?? Bruhh that sucks. I hope you find something better down the road!!

If I ran out of opportunities for upward mobility, if my pay was pretty stagnant, if I was being treated poorly, if I was burned out (all were the case at my last job)
Two questions to ask yourself:
1. Is there someone at this firm with a job I’d like to have?
2. Am I on track to get that job?
When you find something better for yourself and your own career and path
It's always a personal decision
When you've been there 3 years; all the while the company talking about how they are a growth company yet remain at the same relative number of employees year to year (even though they've hired 35 people in the last year). And your only career path there is dependent on said growth. Not that I have any personal experience with it.
