NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

That insecurity will not go away with increased compensation.
It seems like similar to the traits that came with the children of the Great Depression. That insecurity at a formative age translates into adulthood.

At about 120k. Bay area. Couldn’t easily buy or own a home back then but super comfortable renting

$400k and a roommate? Miss me with that.

Imagine making 400k and having a roommate
Rising Star
Yes well I mean non-family/non-SO roommates 🤣
I make ~115k TC, live in Chicago.
I stopped living paycheck to paycheck after I paid off my student loans and accumulated an emergency fund.
Every paycheck is about $1.2k increase to my net worth.
I was fortunate enough to get a relatively high paying job right out of college for my city. And I didn't invest or save much until my loans were paid off.... Managed to pay them off in 12 months. Been saving since
What’s wrong with having roommates after $400k? I do it. Granted she’s my wife but still

This is a good joke.

Why does he have roommates while making $400K+??
Could be SOs
I live paycheck to paycheck because I pay myself first through savings. HHI is 350k and we save 58k before taxes and 11k of the 15k we bring home every month.
Living off of 4k a month when your net is 15k (after retirement) seems quite…Spartan, but to each their own
Roommate ?? Lol time for them to buy some property. Seeing equity gains in your home and rentals helps with this. I don’t care too much about what I spend on a day to day basis since I own my home and rentals in a HCOL city and my equity gains over the past year alone is $500k. I still live within my means and max out 401k, don’t have a car loan (car is 2014), etc.

The level in which you become financially literate and responsible. Could be 40k, could be 400k
$15k. I always lived within my means.
$15K ?
I would recommend not including your roommate in this question considering they make 400k have a roommate and don’t save. I make a 4th of that and save like 22% of my income no problem I drive a new Lexus…
You’re making the assumption they don’t save. I know plenty that find security in money and hoard it. He/she could be saving 250k yr and still feel vulnerable, not saving enough.
My megayacht can’t dock at the slip because it’s too big. Therefore, my helicopter costs are super high since I have to fly back and forth nonstop. I’m tempted to buy a smaller superyacht so I can use it just as a transport vessel between the dock and my mega yacht.

I’m at $150k and I wouldn’t say I’m living paycheck to paycheck but I’m also much much much closer to paycheck to paycheck than ballin.
115k in NYC with no debt and an emergency fund. I was at 85 with debt 6 months ago. Now I feel much more at peace.
60k
I’m kind of like your roommate but I make way less. I always feel like I’m paycheck to paycheck cause I try and save as much as I can. If I made 100k more today then I would still be the same way
Location makes a big difference. In NYC you can feel this way making a million bucks. If they have this issue in the south somewhere that’s a bit more concerning.
You’ve provided little info but in NYC it was after $200K and moving in with SO where things felt more relaxed. Easily maxed out all retirement, maxed ESPP, and put away a lot. Random crypto and stock bets etc.
180k TC and living relatively paycheck to paycheck. If I could keep my Amex bill below 5k each month I’d save something but that just ain’t no fun.
