I’ve eaten at most of the Michelin star restaurants in Chicago and NY (yay expense budget) but honestly I think 90% of them are overrated and try too hard. I much prefer just really good food presented in a comfortable/homey way
Roister is so good, and they switch their menu around so you can keep going back and trying new things!
