It’s definitely AI coming to the managerial work. Inspired by likes of Ray Dalio / Bridgewater analytics but different. Strategy and doing will come together into learn by doing and fueled by better workflow and AI systems. A huge topic I’d love to elaborate more. More importantly love to hear what others think.

Feel as though Ray and Co. were extraordinarily thoughtful and purposefully about systemizing information and workflows to allow for AI and computation to improve outcomes. I find that this is lost on most in the manager ranks who tend to struggle on how to organize and run day to day work and teams. Without a really good model and dataset, AI can’t be all that intelligent. Definitely interested to hear your take and others on how and better yet who (enterprise companies training processes, startups, educational institutions, etc) might step in to start building this type of thinking into the vast majority of new executives

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
