Attempting to get out. Based on my current job title alone, I am getting reached out to for positions I’m not remotely interested in. My job title hasn’t matched my day-to-day work in years. Even when I apply to positions I like, recruiters recommend a position that better fits my title and not my work experience. How do I manage this? Can I just change my job title on LinkedIn and my resume to more accurately reflect what I actually do?

I applied for a UX Position in Nagarro.. after about 10-12 days i got an email asking me to fill up a small form with just the college and year of passing details. However the form states it is for campus recruitment and i am 19years experienced. I reverted back to the email mentioning the same. However, i haven't heard back from them been over 5 days.
