Sitting back thinking how ironic it is that I’m literally deep into the interview process with another agency to get away from an account director who makes my life hell. I have to give up working at an awesome agency but I don’t see a way of getting away from them because they wouldn’t switch me to another account. Oh well maybe I’ll boomerang.

*recent graduate* Whenever I ask an employer why I didn’t get the job or get to the second step in the interview process, they never respond. So, I’m assuming my lack of experience (I never did an internship in school🤦‍♀️ ) or portfolio is the problem.

I have an early interview soon for a senior strategist role at an NYC agency. It’s still very preliminary, but I’d like to have a reasonable salary range ready just in case it comes up. From Googling, I’ve seen everything from ~$77k to ~$135k. With my ~6 years of experience, what would be a fair starting range for me to suggest?

And asking to serve for 1 year.i have served more than the notice period, to compensate they are ready to provide arrears for the same but subject to completion of one year.
I don't want to serve for one year and want arrears to be given in my upcoming salary.
So,can anyone suggest me what are the things I need to take care before accepting the offer.

I worked for 16 months in infosys and then joined tcs my tech stack is .net and I feel like I have made a mistake by switching so early and now I can't rejoin infosys ever and even if I want to leave tcs after 2-3 yrs I can't rejoin tcs also. I think my life is doomed as I'm an average technical skill person.😑
