Business casual. Sometimes I'll do a flowy skirt with a blazer because that's more comfortable than dress pants!
It depends on a lot of things, including firm and location. I usually dress business casual. Usually a nice dress with a blazer. You never know who you will meet. Just my 02. Cents.
I would say yes-
I understand now why technical fabrics are so popular! “Fancy” pants with a blazer or nice sweater works everywhere.
This is when betabrand pants come in handy! Yoga pants disguised as dress pants. Really.
Business casual is probably fine. But keep in mind that it's also a networking opportunity.
