i have been contacted by an Micron Technologies for a data science or machine learning position this noon.
i would like to know about the existing technology stack and kind of projects data science team handles.
and does the company has time-sheet to to track every minute/hour of employee's workday.
does it have fixed shifts?
will we be asked and expected to work during off time and weekends?
with 2y 4m relevant and 5LPA, how much can i stretch my negotiation to?

There’s no reason to go from AAS to FDD other than you had no idea what you wanted to do. Not easier to get into one or the other at pwc but probably easier to transfer from cmaas since you’re already in advisory, have deals experience and have an fdd network. Audit is the typical pipeline though
Agree. Just probably most people in AAS have no interest in FDD. That could be why we don't see a lot AAS moved to FDD.

It depends on your AAS niche, I guess. Generally, audit, but I do a lot of modeling work in AAS that probably sets me up well for FDD

It’s harder to transfer from AAS to FDD primarily because theres no reason to unless you just didn’t know what you wanted to do (have to explain yourself). Their both quite different. The main question is why go Audit to AAS to FDD when if you knew you wanted FDD, why not go audit to FDD directly. It’s such an unnecessary step.
I made my move from audit to AAS as an associate :/ Want to move to FDD. I don't see why it would be harder for AAS to move to FDD than audit.
