I'm a VP in healthcare, working mostly on oncology. I want to work on women's health, health tech, and/or mental/behavior health. Of course my agency is like "great, go get some new biz." Obv, it's not that easy. In the meantime, besides reading about it, what's a good way for me to get into those spaces, meet people, etc?

Try mid tiers, regionals, etc. My personal opinion is you shouldn’t spend more time in audit if you want to be in fdd. Also, at the end of the day, fdd work will be similar across firms.
I'm legitimately pretty surprised on this. Seniors are so hard to find right now, you'd think this transfer would be easy

What firm?
Switch to big 4 audit for a year then try again if you want it that badly

Are you getting referrals? Shooting applications into the void has had a really low success rate for me but with referrals things have been a lot better.
Do b4 audit and back door your way in.
Try for DDD
