Morgan Lewis response to COVID19 illogical and unhelpful. Allowing employees to work two days per week remotely. Guess those employees better choose the right days to avoid the virus.
what’s the salary range for a strategist on the publisher side. sitting under the pre-sales/marketing dept?
What do you do if you are sick and unassigned/ on availability. Should I still sign in to availability or just charge sick time? Do I need to let someone know, that I will be out sick?
MBBers, how did y’all prepare for case studies / interview process? Any discerning difference between how Big4 interviews are conducted?
How to deal with not being staffed on deals and seeing others in your year be staffed? When asking partners directly for work, they refer you to the staffing partners. When asking staffing partners (repeatedly), they say “thanks for interest, we will have something soon.” Weeks and weeks pass by and you’re always below where you should be for billable hours (at this point, very far below). All reviews are essentially perfect and no negative feedback. Extremely frustrating and discouraging.
Recruiter for Strategy& Engagement Manager role gave base of “high 100s to low 200s” with "up to 52%” bonus for Tier 2 city (PHL, CHI, etc). Any insight into typical comp? Range given was pretty wide.
Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well despite the times we live in I am asking the community that is there any way that a guy from "non target" colleges would be able to enter MBB in India? I know this might get asked a lot, but just wanted to understand from someone who might have made the move. Thanks! #mckinsey #bcg #bain
Thinking of either Belize or Costa Rica late fall this year. Any recommendations? In particular would like to hear about Marriott hotels and off-property excisions in both countries. Thanks!
ISO: experienced recruiter for a career consultation. Laid off a few times. Trying to make sure the next job sticks. I’ll compensate for your time!
Anyone want to make some referral money? PM me. 10 YOE, Tier 1 Sr Mgr Big 4, and I’m looking to exit
Came into consulting with the shark mentality and wanted to be an “over-achiever”. Now, I’m realizing that the juice just isn’t worth the squeeze (cringe). I just feel down considering my firm is not issuing any raises or bonuses to non promotion folks. Therefore, getting the same reward as the dude riding the bench with a <50% uti. The middle ground is the place to be quite honestly. Can anyone shed light on this pls?
Kellogg (no money) vs. Darden (50% scholarship). At a boutique consulting firm now and trying to move to MBB. Which do I choose? I love both schools.
Any firms outside of MBB that are well respected in CDD work? 2nd year at PwC, and looking to lateral, even if it’s to a smaller boutique just to gain experience.
Analyst here just finished my first project, how do I receive documented feedback? My priorities on performance achievement? Manager hasn't said anything
Just realized my degree from IIM is not actually a degree. It's a diploma. I also got to know that MBA from Top US universities is way different from what I studied. Anyone else experienced the same?
Currently very disenfranchised with the culture of leadership here at PwC. I’m looking at opportunities at other firms, but place a premium on culture. Cont:
Please be kind to small businesses and indie vendors reaching out to you more than normal right now. They’re often the first to feel the affects of something like the Coronavirus industry stoppage.
If you have agood team but a client who is condescending, mean, and pushes back on support a lot, would you stay on the team? I.e. is it worth it to stay if you like your team but the client is an ass
