Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?

I’m burnt out as a PT. Did bedside acute care for 10+ years & if I never treat another patient, it would be too soon. I’m over the admin crap, productivity requirements, etc. I have the option to take a program manager role. It’s going to be a lot of new work that I have never done before- excel spreadsheets, data analysis, & a lot of other stuff. I take it, right? I would be crazy not to, right?
