I’m burnt out as a PT. Did bedside acute care for 10+ years & if I never treat another patient, it would be too soon. I’m over the admin crap, productivity requirements, etc. I have the option to take a program manager role. It’s going to be a lot of new work that I have never done before- excel spreadsheets, data analysis, & a lot of other stuff. I take it, right? I would be crazy not to, right? Pay isn’t significant, & I would need to pay for more childcare, so I would be at a loss financially
I am in Austin, HH PT. Not paid hourly. PPV at $65/point. Different visits. Different points. Equals between 94-105k/yr
60 as a pediatric HH new grad PT. But I had friends get offered 85 in Austin for pediatric HH as new grads so….NEGOTIATE!!!
This was per hour (or visit).
