This kinda makes sense and I wouldn’t completely disagree. Keeping the attrition numbers aside, I have also heard that the business has been doing good, outlook remains positive etc. AIP part also makes sense since there is a general discontent amongst those who have stayed back through the resignation wave and the firm will try to compensate for that.
Pt. 3 also makes sense which is why we haven’t heard any drum beating around the hikes and AIPs like last year!
This post makes me feel good since I’m ticking these boxes and got promoted too so 20 days to go😇

Your first and second points are contradictory to your third point. 1 and 2 says higher hike and aip in line with last year, 3 says lower hike and aip. Elaborate, or i missed anything....

To those saying about 70% attrition is higher and mentioning non sense things about weeds and authenticity - i guess they are living under rocks. If you know simple percentage calculation which we learnt in class 5 and would have joined Advisory webcast back in nov ( where they officially mentioned this), you would have not asked this question. Anyways, i do not want to prove anything to anyone. You are most welcome to believe or not believe.
@Deloitte 7- Op is correct. The numbers were mentioned during AHM call. It's advisory specific, not sure if you are from different service line.
Do we have any compensation webcasts coming up soon?

Yup

where did u get this info from ?

As I mentioned, unofficial authentic source aka people at senior manager and higher level.
70% ? Isn't that very very high ? I don't see so many leaving at least in my practice

This is not unofficial authentic source. This is what Consulting CEO Dan mentioned in his last townhall in February. We have another one coming up on 18th May. Things will be much more clear then.

I mentioned for advisory. May be for consulting it's already revealed. There is no such mention for advisory ( atleast not told officially by anyone from higher management)

Op Dude what do you smoke.. must be good stuff.. 70% attrition 🤣🤣
That one number proved that you dont know anything and everything you typed is garbage at best,
Attrition could be high in one service line
Dude attrition cant be 70%, you raised concerns over your authenticity

@Author , so if it is locked then that means if i resign now then AIP amount won't be reduced right ?
Conversation Starter
No no no. It's locked for status quo. They in all probability can change in such cases.

What abt the letters on TOD on 9th may, Monday? That will have info of hike and AIP right?
