Um, COSC certification is -4/+6 seconds per day. +/- 2 seconds is Rolex level (what they call Superlative Chronometer). Acceptance is the answer.

Buy a better watch? You shouldn’t be skipping 4 seconds in a day
+/- 2 seconds a day is phenomenal. Think about it - there are 86,400 seconds in a day. If you gain or lose 2 seconds, that’s 99.998% accuracy. Pretty good to me - I reset my watch about once a month
No way to deal with it, part of the charm of an automatic IMO
....2 seconds is a concern? If it’s 2 seconds daily, and in 3 months your watch is off, then it needs to be serviced.

Pull the crown for 2 seconds every single day to keep accuracy. But don’t pull it for 3!
All watches are slightly off but as long as you’re not off by 3 minutes a day I think you’ll be okay
