Why are some companies embracing flexible or fully remote work situations and others rejecting the same? This does not apply to occupations that necessarily need folks in person. My employer just mandated everyone with an office come back full time rather than every other week. It used to be everyone who managed a team, which makes sense. Why does having an office make it ok to force my presence if my pre-pandemic bonus hasn’t been reinstated? That used to pay daycare.
